TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by S&K Cape Tours. By enquiring about or booking a tour with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
  • All tours are confirmed upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments are accepted via EFT (bank transfer) or cash.
  • No online payment system is used.
  • Booking details will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
  • All prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are listed as “from” rates and may vary depending on:
    • Group size
    • Custom requests
    • Seasonal changes
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before booking.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour:
    ✔ Eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours:
    ✔ Partial refund may apply
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour:
    ❌ No refund
  • No-shows will not be refunded.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes where possible.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

    • S&K Cape Tours offers flexible and customisable experiences:

    • Tour routes and stops may be adjusted based on:
      • Guest preferences
      • Weather conditions
      • Time constraints
    • Additional stops or extended waiting time may incur extra charges.

    Some tours include or rely on third-party services such as:

    • Aquila Private Game Reserve
    • Boulders Beach
    • Cape of Good Hope

    S&K Cape Tours is not responsible for:

    • Changes in pricing
    • Availability
    • Operational issues

    at these locations.

  • Pickup and drop-off are available within Cape Town and surrounding areas.
  • Guests must be ready at the agreed pickup time.
  • Delays may result in reduced tour time or additional charges.

    • For services such as transfers to Aquila Private Game Reserve:

    • Base pricing includes transport only
    • Additional waiting time (e.g. for meals or extended stops) is optional and charged separately
  • All tours are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
  • S&K Cape Tours is not liable for:
    • Personal injury
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings
    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events

    • Guests are expected to behave respectfully during tours.

    We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful.

    We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including:

    • Weather conditions
    • Road closures
    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions
